Connect with Judge Tracy – November 1
On November 1, 2023 at 5:30 pm Judge Tracy Duncan will offer a clinic for parents to learn from an experienced judge.
We will have a survey to opt in or out. If you opt in you are agree to participate for the entire season with a minimum of once a month activity for your secret sibling. Click Here to Opt In or Out Link of Secret Sibling

Kick off will be in November and will run through the season. We will partner up the athletes.

Handstand Hop Volunteer Opportunities (kids and adults)
December 2nd, 2023; 6:00pm – 8:00pm Holiday party and cookie decorating at Argonne Village.
All team gymnasts are invited.
Holiday Party: Parents can either stay or drop off. You must register by the Thursday before.

Team Sleep Over; May 18 at Argonne: Is a for all team members. If your child is too young to stay the night they would just have to be picked up by 11 pm.

Competition schedule updates:
If you cannot attend a meet (in advance or last minute). Please let us know ASAP so we can potentially get another athlete into the competition. Please communicate through the Team App at the competitions.
There will be plenty of seating at the Handstand Hop for parents, grandparents, etc.

TNT 5+ will end 15 minutes early
Bronze Springers will end 15 minutes early
Silver Kippers 4:45pm – 7:15pm
Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire Teams 4:30pm – 7:00pm
Olympic Trials are in Minneapolis – June 27 – 30, 2024
