Thank you for your interest in Spokane Gymnastic’s competitive team program!

Below you will find general information, including many links to pages with specific information.

Spokane Gymnastic’s three different tracks for competitive gymnastics: Trampoline and Tumbling, USAG Development Program (formerly Junior Olympic) and Xcel, all divisions.

Please complete the “interested in team” survey to schedule a complimentary assessment and orientation. Once received, we will send confirmation in advance.

We will update this website regularly; the best source for the most current information about our teams. We also look forward to sharing more about our program in person at the orientation.

2022/2023 Team Timeline

Prospective new team member orientations will be provided Wednesday, June 15, Monday, June 20, Tuesday, June 21, Wednesday, June 22, Thursday, June 23, Monday, June 27, Tuesday, June 28, Wednesday, June 29, and Thursday, June 30.

These complementary meetings include:
Level assessment and recommendation for the athlete
Information provided about various programs and teams
Details about timing and what commitment each team requires

We will contact you and confirm your assessment and orientation appointment in advance. 

Spokane Gymnastics currently has 16 different team options, including Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, TNT (all levels) and USAGDP Levels 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and higher. For those who our program is a good fit, we will have the team option appropriate for the gymnast’s level. While assessments will be part of the process, it is not a “pass/fail” try-out, but instead to recommend a team where each girl will be challenged, but also safe and successful.
