For current information about ANY competition, check the website. The only page you need to bookmark is your team page, and from there will be links for everything.

To confirm your child’s registration for a specific competition you may check on team specific website or log into you Spokane Gymnastics account and it will be listed under competitions.

At meets please arrive at the designated time, no need to arrive super early. Once gymnast are out on the competition floor, they remain with their team and coaches for the entire session, NOT going to their parents.

Please have your gymnast connect with Nadine (or the designated coach) with the giant stuffed animal at the scheduled time. Every venue is different, but the meeting location typically will be near the entrance of the gym, and Nadine (or the designated coach) will walk the gymnasts over to the coaches for the session. Please do not send your kids out to the coaches independently.

Team App, chat for specific meets, with only those registered for that meet, so those who are not attending do not get bombarded with messages. Please use the chat feature between 8 am and 9 pm. You may use the team app to message coaches directly. You also are encouraged to post pictures in the chat.

We will not send out email updates for each meet but will post updates on the website or Team APP. A lot of times we do not have much advanced information.

Most competitions will charge an admission fee for spectators. If we know what the fee is, then we have posted on the team competition websites. Many accept cash only while others only cards. It’s wise to have both. Please plan your meet weekend with multiple forms of payment, just in case a venue accepts only a certain type of payment (parking, entrance, concessions, etc).

If you cannot attend a meet (in advance or last minute). Please let us know ASAP. Please communicate through the Team App at the competitions for any last minute’s needs.

Please reference the team competition webpage for Qualifying Scores for State for each division:

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for Team Volunteers for the following competitions:

General Updates

Athlete Pick Up

In an effort to keep your athletes safe, we ask that you walk them inside when you drop them off and walk them out when you pick them up. Thank you!

Secret Sibling

If you have a secret sibling gift you would like to have delivered at a meet, it will need to be turned in to the service desk at Pines by the Wednesday before the meet. Please do not bring Secret Sibling gifts to the competition venue to give to coaches, since there are a lot of details with coaching that they are focused on. Congratulatory gifts may also be given to your child’s Secret Sibling at the next normal training AFTER a meet 🙂

Training during meet weekends

We will offer normal training at Pines most weeks, even when we have a competition that weekend or, in a few cases this season, on a weekday. We will communicate in advance if there are any changes, but as a general rule, you can plan on Spokane Gymnastics providing normal training excluding the weeks of Christmas and New Years. Spokane Gymnastics is open all minor holidays, including Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and President’s Day. If you will miss training due to traveling to a meet, please schedule your make-up accordingly.

Staff Meeting Special Training

Spokane Gymnastics’ all-staff meeting is on the third Thursday of each month, therefore we will provide special 3-hour training from 4:00pm – 7:00pm on those nights. This only applies to Teams that are already scheduled to practice on Thursdays. USAGDP L2 will still have its normal training from 4pm – 6pm.

If the extended training works for you and your gymnast, then you do not need to register in advance, or do anything special besides packing an extra water bottle and snacks. Your athlete may simply show up at 4:00pm and plan to stay until 7:00pm. There is not any additional cost to attend the extra time on the third Thursday of each month.

Upcoming 3rd Thursdays:
February 20th, 2025
March 20th, 2025

Please check the Team Calendar and your competition pages for upcoming events.
