Xcel Bronze and Silver Team
Attend 5 of 6 provided regular season competitions (includes “Handstand Hop” sanctioned meet at Spokane Gymnastics Pines on December 7, 2024)
The competition fee for the entire season (excluding the Xcel State Championships if a gymnast qualifies and chooses to attend) is $800, no matter attendance. These fees are divided into payments between September 2024 and March of 2025. (Approximately $115). Competition fees include the entry for the gymnast, coaching fee, administration, and as needed coach’s hotel and transportation. Please note that we do not control the competition schedule or spectator admission. Also, host gyms do not give refunds due to adverse travel, illness, or injury.
If a gymnast would like to attend all six meets, they may if registered in advance, and for an additional fee of $200
Xcel Bronze and Silver – 5 regular season competitions, out of 6 (opt out of one) plus the option of 2025 State Championships, for an additional fee.
All competition and assessment fees exclude the 2025 State Championships, where a qualifying score is required at any sanctioned meet in the regular season. If a gymnast qualifies for the State Championships they will have the option to attend; the competition fee is $250.
Competition Leotard – $125 (short-sleeve)
USAG Membership – $69 – Paid directly to USA Gymnastics
Warm-Up Jacket – $65 – Due when ordered (unless the gymnast already has)
Team Back-Pack – $65 – (Optional) due when ordered
Non-refundable joining team fee $150 (due when a gymnast is committed to a specific team -not an option before July 26 – but needs to occur before August 9)
July 22 – 26 – Team Camp at Argonne – $349 before rebate
The charge for the full-day July camp (Xcel Bronze, Silver, USAGDP Levels 2, 3, & 4) at Argonne Village is $349 for the entire week and will be charged to the designated card on file when the gymnast is registered.
Then, when the gymnast commits to a specific team for the 2025 season (required by August 9), $100 from the total $349 paid for team camp will be applied as a credit to the family’s Spokane Gymnastics account to be used for any services, including tuition, so the camp is actually $249 for team members.

For June 2024, each established team gymnast invited to the 2025 season has the option of attending either the full month or 50%, with tuition being adjusted accordingly. Tuition is NOT pro-rated for times when training is provided but a gymnast does not attend, but make-up options are provided.
