PRESCHOOL CLASSES
PE for Tiny Tots (Co-Ed) – 45 minute class – 12-36 months
A structured, coach-led class with parent interaction. Students learn basic gymnastics skills, including rolls, jumps, and balance. An encouraging, creative, and fun environment where toddlers are introduced to following directions, taking turns, and social development.
*“Bumblebees” are advanced PE for Tiny Tots classes for children who have already attended Spokane Gymnastics classes, have mastered the basics, are gaining independence, and are close to moving up. This class is by coach recommendation only please.

Preschool Parkour (Co-Ed) – 45-minute class – 3-5 years old
Putting the fun in the fundamental parkour! Kids love climbing, jumping, and rolling on and off obstacles, while at the same time burning energy and learning how to fall and land safely. Students learn basic gymnastics on structured rotations of all events.

Preschool Gymnastics Bizzy Bees (Co-Ed) – 45 minute class – 4-5 years old
A solution for preschool-age children who need more challenge and can follow directions, are ready to work more independently and are on their way to Level 1 skills. Registration in this class is by recommendation of the coach, and students must have completed a session at the preschool gymnastics level.

Preschool Gymnastics (Co-Ed) – 45 minute class – 3-5 years old
Fundamental gymnastics elements taught in a fun, fast-paced class focusing on the development of strength, balance, agility, coordination, and flexibility. Students also are learning the social skills necessary to work in a group and interact independently of their parents (who are invited to watch from the viewing area.

Preschool Ninja Zone (Co-Ed) – 45-minute class – 3-5 years old
Ninja Zone embraces children’s energy and ignites their confidence through a fusion of Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Obstacle Course Training, and Freestyle Movement. Obstacle course skills are taught in an active and fast-paced class, along with an introduction to basic gymnastics skills and structured rotations on the Vault, Bars, Balance Beam, and Rings. Students are taught a progression of tumbling skills, plus jumping, leaping, and climbing elements in the 800 s.f. ninja room! Ninja Zone uniform (additional fee) is required for all Ninja students.

GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Level 1 (Co-Ed) – 55 minute class – 5-12 years old
An introduction to progressive gymnastics with a focus on Tumbling, Vault, Uneven Bars and Balance Beam, Parallel Bars, High Bar, Vault, Floor, Pommel Horse, and Rings.
“Stingers” is a class for children 8 and older. Skills are still consistent with the level, but it is limited to specific ages.
*“Jumpers” is an advanced Level 1 class for students who have already mastered many fundamental skills but need more progress before moving up to Level 2. This class is limited to children who have already attended at least a full session of classes at Level 1 at Spokane Gymnastics, and is by recommendation of a Spokane Gymnastics coach.
**Builder Bees is for ages 4-7. Those who are 4 years old do need coach recommendation in order to register for the class.

Level 2 (Co-Ed) 55 minute class – 5-12 years old
A progression from introductory gymnastics where students have mastered basic positions and elements and have learned the correct terminology of the skills. Students at this level can modify elements and make corrections.
Many established coaches intend to teach in fall session, but are waiting for confirmation of their college schedule before being assigned to specific classes. The fall session goes through December 7, so there are many variables for each coach to consider before the long-term commitment.

Level 3 (Co-Ed) – 85 minute class – 7-14 years old
An advancement from beginning gymnastics for students progressing into intermediate skills. Gymnasts will learn more challenging elements, focus more on strength, flexibility, proper form, and start learning to memorize and string together several skills for routines.
Many established coaches intend to teach in fall session, but are waiting for confirmation of their college schedule before being assigned to specific classes. The fall session goes through December 7, so there are many variables for each coach to consider before the long-term commitment.

Level 4 (Co-Ed) – 115 minute class – 7-14 years old
An advanced intermediate level class where gymnasts learn handsprings and flips on the floor, handsprings over the vault, and specialized skills on all events. ALL LEVEL 4 and 5 classes will be at Spokane Gymnastics Pines – 11712 E. Montgomery Drive in Spokane Valley.

Level 5 (Co-Ed) – 115 minute class – 7-14 years old

PARKOUR AND NINJA CLASSES
Parkour Level 1 (Co-Ed) – 55 minute class – 5-14 years old
Introduction to safety, basic techniques for jumping, vaulting, climbing and swinging. Special emphasis on falling drills, safely bailing skills, and landing. Students learn the parkour-specific terminology, and train in the main gym, in addition to 800 s.f. parkour specific room with wooden obstacles with bars.
(“Parkour Firecrackers” A level 1 parkour class which is limited to students ages 5 – 8 years old.)

Parkour Level 2 (Co-Ed) – 55 minute class – 6-14 years old
Focuses on mastery of elements, adding speed, momentum, and connecting skills. Students in this intermediate-level class learn more complex techniques and maneuvers for navigating obstacles. Students train in the main gym, on the Ninja Jackal, with various obstacles, including salmon ladder, and in the parkour and ninja rooms.

Parkour Level 3 (Co-Ed) – 85 minute class – 8-16 years old
An advanced class where students learn to apply mastered skills confidently and safely, and there is an emphasis on skills involving height and acro elements. Students train in the main gym, on the Ninja Jackal, with various obstacles, including salmon ladder, and in the 800 s.f. parkour-specific room with wooden obstacles with bars.

Ninja Zone level 1 (Co-Ed) – 55 minute class – 5-11 years old
A fusion of Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Obstacle Course Training, and Freestyle Movement. Ninja sport includes combinations of flips, rolls, and kicks that are designed to help improve total body coordination, build strength, and improve agility. Obstacle course skills taught in an active and fast-paced class, along with an introduction to basic gymnastics skills and structured rotations on the Vault, Bars, Balance Beam, and Rings. Students are taught a progression of tumbling skills, plus jumping, leaping, and climbing elements in the 800 s.f. ninja room! Beyond skill, this class teaches self-confidence, discipline, impulse control, responsibility, and instinctual safety. Ninja Zone uniform (additional fee) is required for all Ninja students.

TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING CLASSES
TNT level 1 – (Co-Ed) – 55 Minute Class – 6-14 years old
Trampoline and Tumbling (TNT) athletes train and perform on three apparatuses; Trampoline, Double Mini-Trampoline, and Rod Floor. TNT provides an opportunity for gymnasts who have a passion for the sport of gymnastics but do not want to focus on bars, beams, rings, and pommel horse. Athletes learn air awareness, progressive tumbling skills, strength, and coordination, as well as flipping and twisting safely. Plus the pit with a giant “air pillow”.

HIGH SCHOOL & ADULT CLASSES
High School Gymnastics (Co-Ed) – 55 minute class – 12-18 years old
This class is designed for those who are wanting to continue their gymnastics careers through their off seasons, prepare for some new skills, or learn gymnastics for their first time. This is an open-ended class that is tailored to the individual and their goals. Taught by some of our more experienced coaches, this class is prepared to teach all ranges of skills. This is a great class for any gymnast in or near high school!

Adult Parkour & Gymnastics (Co-Ed) – 85 minute class – 16+ years old
A perfect opportunity for “wannabees” and “has-beens” to enjoy the fitness benefits and have fun with gymnastics! This class includes instruction and “spotting” on all events (Women: Vault, Beam, Bars, Floor; Men: Floor, Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Rings and Pommel Horse) plus independent practice.

Annual Membership Fees
Each gymnast enrolled in classes also pays an annual membership fee:
Child membership fee ———— $30
Family membership fee ———- $45
The membership is valid for one year from the date of registration. Membership is required to take classes at Spokane Gymnastics and provides many benefits, including discounts for all of our programs.
To register for a class, the deposit is $50 per child per class, with the balance due on the first day of class, or the completed autopay form.
Schedule subject to change and classes may be closed at any time based on enrollment.
