Staff Meeting Special Training

Spokane Gymnastics’ all-staff meeting is on the third Thursday of each month, therefore we will provide special 3-hour training on Thursday, May 15th, from 4:00pm – 7:00pm.

If that works for you and your gymnast, then you do not need to register in advance, or do anything special besides packing an extra water bottle and snacks. Your athlete may simply show up at 4:00pm and plan to stay until 7:00pm. For those who cannot arrive at 4:00pm, we will have a coach start a warm-up at 5:00pm. All training will conclude at 7:00pm on the third Thursday of each month.
