Saturday Afternoon Gymnastics Camp!
Each Saturday from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, and provides a safe, fun, and productive opportunity for children potty-trained through 14 years old. It’s an opportunity for kids to burn energy while learning a progression of gymnastics skills with structured rotations. Campers are grouped according to age and skill level and learn from our knowledgeable, engaged, and encouraging coaches focusing on the development of strength, balance, agility, coordination, and flexibility, along with games, challenges, and themed activities. The kiddos love being able to burn off energy and be physically active with their friends!
Please have your child eat lunch in advance and also pack a snack that doesn’t include nut products; children burn a ton of calories with our active camps! Also, bring a water bottle. Parents may drop off or stay and watch from our viewing area.
Please register at least 48 hours in advance, so we have enough coaches to safely accommodate everyone.
Parent’s Night Out Camp is typically the 3rd Saturday from 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm and is perfect for children potty-trained through 14 years old. It features a progression of gymnastics skills taught by our knowledgable, engaged, and encouraging coaches with fast-paced rotations focusing on the development of strength, balance, agility, coordination, and flexibility. Students will participate in structured gymnastics lessons on all events, along with games, challenges, and themed activities.
Previous experience is not required since children are grouped according to age and skill level. Parents can enjoy an evening alone while the kiddos can burn off energy and be physically active! Please have your child eat dinner in advance and also pack a snack that doesn’t include nut products; children burn a ton of calories with our active camps! Also, bring a water bottle. Please register at least 24 hours in advance, so we have enough coaches to safely accommodate everyone. Parents Night Out camp is $29 for members or $35 for non-members or may be used in exchange for two make-ups. Please register at least 48 hours in advance.
Summer Camps!
Week-long day camps taught by knowledgeable, engaged, and encouraging coaches with fast-paced rotations focusing on the development of strength, balance, agility, coordination, and flexibility. A safe, fun, and productive experience for all! Previous experience is not required as campers are grouped according to age and skill level. All camps include structured gymnastics lessons on all events plus games, challenges, crafts, and themed activities.
Many additional gymnastics themes to choose from including Cheer, Ninja Zone, Parkour, Preschool Gymnastics, Trampoline and Tumbling, Adventure Gymnastics Camp, plus Gymnastics, Dance and Breakdance camp.
Gymnastics Fun Camp – Basic gymnastics taught on structured rotations focused on the Floor with tumbling, Vault, Uneven Bars and Balance Beam, Parallel Bars, and Rings. Shapes and skills are taught including rolls, cartwheels, and handstands, plus for campers who need more challenge and have already mastered introductory elements, intermediate skills such as handsprings and flips are introduced and perfected. Ages 6 – 14. Morning, Afternoon, or Full Day.
Preschool Gymnastics Camp – Structured gymnastics lesson on all events, taught by creative, fun and encouraging coaches. Campers enjoy games, story-time, and gymnastics activities. Ages 3 – 5. Choice of Morning or Afternoon, full-day is not an option for this age.
Adventure Gymnastics Camp – This will be our 19th year running our most popular camp! Each day focuses on different challenges and adventures! Prepare for scavenger hunts, obstacle courses, and all kinds of gymnastics activities with a different theme each day! Previous themes have included Amazing Race, Disney Day, Superheroes, and Circus. All ages. Morning, Afternoon, or Full Day.
Trampoline and Tumbling (TNT) Camp – Campers enjoy a week of high-flying action featuring instruction on the Tumbl Trak, Double Mini Trampoline, Eurotramp Trampoline, Rod Floor, as well as spring floor and air floor intermixed with fun games and activities! Campers will learn important skills such as air awareness, progressive tumbling, strength, and coordination as well as flipping and twisting safely. This camp is at the team facility, Spokane Gymnastics Pines. Ages 6-14.
Cheer Gymnastics Camp – Campers learn gymnastics, stunts, dance and cheers! In this fun and fast-paced camp, children learn tumbling skills utilizing the Tumbl Trak, rod floor, spring floor, and air floor, plus progressions on the new “air pillow” pit. Campers are grouped by age and skill, and each group performs their own routine in the big Friday performance for family and friends! All ages. Morning, Afternoon, or Full Day.
Ninja Zone Gymnastics Camp – A fusion of Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Obstacle Course Training, and Freestyle Movement. Ninja sport includes combinations of flips, rolls, and kicks designed to help improve total body coordination, build strength, and improve agility. Obstacle course skills taught in an active and fast-paced class, along with an introduction to basic gymnastics skills and structured rotations on the Vault, Bars, Balance Beam, and Rings. Students are taught a progression of tumbling skills, plus jumping, leaping, and climbing elements in the 800 s.f. ninja room! Beyond skill, this camp teaches self-confidence, discipline, impulse control, responsibility, and instinctual safety. Campers get to show off the skills they have learned at the Friday performance! All ages. Morning, Afternoon, or Full Day.
Parkour Gymnastics Camp – Introduction to safety, basic techniques for jumping, vaulting, climbing, and swinging. Special emphasis on falling drills, safely bailing skills, and landing. Students learn the parkour-specific terminology and train in the main gym, in addition to 800 s.f. parkour-specific room with wooden obstacles with bars. Students train in the main gym, on the Ninja Jackal, with various obstacles, including the salmon ladder, and in the parkour and ninja rooms. Campers get to show off the skills they have learned at the Friday performance! Ages 6-14. Morning, Afternoon, or Full Day.
Saturday Afternoon Camps:
All special events – please register at least 48 hours in advance so we have enough coaches to safely accommodate everyone! Many camps fill more than a week in advance, and we have to limit spots based on coach availability. With all programs, we will only offer what we can safely provide.
Most 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturdays of each month. Please inquire about specific dates available.

To register for a camp, you can come in and talk with the service desk staff, or give us a call at 509-533-9646.
Pre-registration (and any adjustments) for Saturday Afternoon Gymnastics Camp is 48 hours in advance, so before 1:00pm the Thursday before.
We schedule our coaches in advance, based on enrollment. If your plans change or your child is sick, please communicate, in advance, as soon as possible. Otherwise, we cannot provide special accommodation (by way of a make-up or a credit on your Spokane Gymnastics account).
This allows us to provide an exceptional experience for all students with individual attention, ensures we have adequate time to properly communicate in advance and provides ample notice to our great team of instructors. Thank you for your understanding!
