PE for Tiny Tots – 50 minutes 12 – 36 months

In our PE for Tiny Tots class, one coach leads while parents interact with their children and teach them

development skills utilizing all our equipment. An obstacle course is set up and toddlers learn very

basic gymnastics skills, including rolls, jumps and balance.

Preschool Gymnastics – 50 minutes 3 – 5 years old

Preschoolers learn fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun, fast-paced class. These classes focus on the

accumulation of skills, the social skills necessary to work in a group, and also the ability to string skills

together, mentally and physically.

Preschool Parkour Gymnastics (Co-Ed) – 50 minutes 3 – 5 years old

Putting the fun in the fundamental parkour! Kids love climbing, jumping and rolling on and off

obstacles, while at the same time burning energy and learning how to fall and land safely.

Preschool Gymnastics Bizzy Bees (Co-Ed) – 50 minutes 4 – 5 years old

A solution for preschool-age children who need more challenge and can follow directions, are ready to

work more independently and are on their way to Level 1 skills. Registration in this class is by

recommendation of the coach and students must have completed a session at the preschool gymnastics

level.

Level 1 (Boys, Girls or Co-Ed Classes) – 1 hour 5 – 12 years old

An introduction to progressive gymnastics with a focus on Tumbling, Vault, Uneven Bars and Balance

Beam for girls and Parallel Bars, High Bar, Vault, Floor, Pommel Horse, and Rings for boys with a

fusion of all events for Co-Ed Classes.

Level 2 (Boys, Girls or Co-Ed Classes) – 1 hour 5 – 12 years old

A progression from introductory gymnastics where students have mastered basic positions and skills

and have learned correct terminology of the skills. Students at this level are able to modify elements

and make corrections.

Level 3 (Boys, Girls or Co-Ed Classes) – 1.5 hour 7 – 14 years old

An advancement from beginning gymnastics for students progressing into intermediate skills.

Gymnasts will learn more challenging elements and start learning to memorize and string together

several skills for routines.

Level 4 (Boys or Girls Classes) – 2 hours 7 – 14 years old

An advanced intermediate level class where gymnasts learn handsprings and flips on the floor,

handsprings over the vault and specialized skills on all events.

Level 5+ (Girls) – 2 hours 7 – 14 years old

An advanced level instructional class for gymnasts who have mastered intermediate skills and are

focused on twisting elements, forward, back and aerial tumbling, challenging vaults and complex

routines.

Tumbling (Girls) – 1 hour 7 – 14 years old

A class focused on tumbling on the spring and rod floor. Perfect for students interested in cheer!

Parkour (Co-Ed) Levels 1, 2 or 3 – 6 – 18 years old

Parkour is the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one’s path by adapting

one’s movements to the environment. It is a physical discipline of French origin in which participants

run along a route, attempting to negotiate obstacles in the most efficient way possible. Skills such as

jumping and climbing, or the more specific parkour moves are employed. The goal of a practitioner of

parkour is to get from one place to another using only the human body and the objects in the

environment. The obstacles can be anything in one’s environment, such as buildings and rails. Our

Parkour room includes 800 square feet of new space including wooden obstacles with bars

Ninja Zone (Boys, Girls and Co-Ed Classes) 3 – 11 years old

A fusion of Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Obstacle Course Training and Freestyle Movement. Ninja sport

includes combinations of flips, rolls and kicks that are designed to help: Improve Total Body

Coordination, Build Strength and Improve Agility. Beyond skill, this class teaches: Self-Confidence,

Discipline, Impulse Control, Responsibility and Instinctual Safety.

TNT – Trampoline and Tumbling (Co-Ed) 6 – 14 years old

TNT athletes train and perform on three apparatus; Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline and Rod

Floor. TNT provides great opportunity for gymnasts who have a passion for the sport of gymnastics,

but do not want to focus on bars, beam, rings and pommel horse. Athletes learn air awareness,

progressive tumbling skills, strength and coordination, as well as flipping and twisting safely.

High School Gymnastics Class (Girls) – 1 hour 12 – 18 years old

For students interested in pursuing High School Gymnastics with a focus on mastering required skills,

dance and tumbling, practice on all events and assistance with routine choreography and creation.

Adult Gymnastics (Co-Ed) – 1 hour 16 and better

A perfect opportunity for “wannabees” and “has-beens” to enjoy the fitness benefits and have fun with

gymnastics! This class includes instruction and “spotting” on all events (Women: Vault, Beam, Bars,

Floor; Men: Floor, Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Rings and Pommel Horse) plus independent practice.
