PE for Tiny Tots (Co-Ed) – 50 minutes 12-36 months

In our PE for Tiny Tots class, one coach leads while parents interact with their children and teach them development skills utilizing all our equipment.  An obstacle course is set up and toddlers learn very basic gymnastics skills, including rolls, jumps and balance.  This introduction to gymnastics focuses on improvement of fine and gross motor skills and ability to follow directions in a fun environment with songs and games.

Preschool Gymnastics (Co-Ed) – 50 minutes 3 – 5 years old

Preschoolers learn fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun, fast-paced class. These classes focus on the accumulation of skills, the social skills necessary to work in a group, and also the ability to string skills together, mentally and physically.

Preschool Parkour (Co-Ed) – 50 minutes 3-5 years old

Putting the fun in fundamental parkour! High energy kids love climbing, jumping and rolling on and off obstacles! Learn how to get from Point A to Point B in the fastest, stealthiest, safest and funnest way while burning energy training in how to fall and land safely and smoothly.

Preschool Ninja Zone (Co-Ed) – 50 minutes 3-5 years Old

Ninja Zone is a fusion of: Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Obstacle Course Training and Freestyle Movement. In an effort to promote discipline and unity, Ninja Sport International requires uniforms for all Ninja classes, which includes the Ninja Zone T-Shirt, a Ninja Headband and Athletic Shorts of choice. *Ninja Zone T-Shirt and Ninja Headband is required and is a separate purchase.

Preschool Gymnastics Bizzy Bees (Co-Ed) – 50 minutes 3 – 5 years old

A solution for preschool-age children who need more of a challenge and can follow directions, are ready to work more independently and are on their way to Level 1 skills. Enrollment by coach recommendation only.

Level 1 (Boys, Girls or Co-Ed) 1 hour 5 – 12 years old

An introduction to progressive gymnastics with a focus on Tumbling, Vault, Uneven Bars and Balance Beam for girls and Parallel Bars, High Bar, Vault, Floor and Pommel Horse for boys with a fusion of all events for Co-Ed Classes.

Level 2 (Boys, Girls or Co-Ed) 1 hour 5 – 12 years old

An introduction to progressive gymnastics with a focus on Tumbling, Vault, Uneven Bars and Balance Beam for girls and Parallel Bars, High Bar, Vault, Floor and Pommel Horse for boys with a fusion of all events for Co-Ed Classes.

Level 3 (Boys, Girls) 1.5 hours  5 – 14 years old

An advancement from beginning gymnastics for students progressing into intermediate skills.  Gymnasts will learn more challenging elements and start learning to memorize and string together several skills for routines.

Level 4 (Boys, Girls) 2 hours  7 – 14 years old

An intermediate to advanced level class where gymnasts learn handsprings and flips on the floor, handsprings over the vault and specialized skills on all events.

Level 5  (Girls) 2 hours  7 – 16 years old

An advanced level instructional class for gymnasts who have mastered intermediate skills and are focused on twisting elements, forward, back and aerial tumbling, challenging vaults and complex routines on the bars, beam and floor.

Ninja Zone Level 1 (Boys, Girls) 1 hour 5 -11 years old

Ninja Zone embraces your child’s energy and ignites their confidence! Practicing the sport of ninja exercises the body and mind, but also builds character and cultivates discipline. Ninja Sport isn’t just a ton of fun for kids (although it is, in fact, a TON of fun); it instills values and techniques that provide an important foundation for your child’s success. Your ninja will learn to kick, jump and flip like characters in their favorite video games…it doesn’t get much cooler than that!

Parkour is the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one’s path by adapting one’s movements to the environment. It is a physical discipline of French origin in which participants run along a route, attempting to negotiate obstacles in the most efficient way possible. Skills such as jumping and climbing, are the more specific parkour moves employed. The goal of a practitioner of parkour is to get from one place to another using only the human body and the objects in the environment. This progressive sport is fun and fast paced, perfect for those with high energy!

Break Dance & Parkour Level 1 (Co-Ed) 1 hour Ages 6-16

Break dancing is an energetic and acrobatic style of street dancing, and characterized by intricate footwork, spinning headstands,tumbling, and elaborate improvised movements. We combine this fun class with the awesomeness of parkour!

Tumbling L1 & L2 (Co-Ed) 1 hour Ages 7-14

A class focused on tumbling on the spring and rod floor. Perfect for students interested in cheer!

Trampoline & Tumbling  Level 1 (Co-Ed) 1 hour Ages 6-14

Trampoline and Tumbling includes four events within its program; Trampoline, Power Tumbling, Synchronized Trampoline, and Double Mini Trampoline. Our progressive classes offer instruction on our Olympic Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline as well as floor events.

High School Gymnastics (Co-Ed) 1 hour Ages 12-18

Perfect for those interested in pursuing High School Gymnastics with a focus on mastering required skills including dance and tumbling plus assistance with routine choreography and creation.  Also a fantastic opportunity in the “off season” for gymnasts to practice on all events, perfect more challenging skills, and continue year round with the sport!

Adult Gymnastics & Parkour (Co-Ed) 1 hour Ages 16+

A fun opportunity for all level of participants, this class includes instruction and “spotting” on the following events: Vault, Beam, Bars and floor while incorporating a great workout! We also add in the fun of parkour into our adult classes.
