Spokane Gymnastics is Hiring!

To keep up with growth, we are constantly hiring coaches, service desk representatives, birthday party hosts, and department leaders!


Most positions are afternoon, evening and/or weekends when school-age children are not in school, and hours typically range from 12 – 30 hours per week. Positions immediately available range from one 4-hour shift, once a week, to full-time, along with profit sharing and benefits, for the correct candidate!


The Service Desk Representative will work at the front desk assisting parents, students, coaches and business associates as needed. We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, strong ethical/moral character, great communication, conflict resolution and people skills. We have afternoon/evening weekday shifts available as well as Saturday mornings.


Instructional Gymnastics Coaches with the option of morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.  The successful candidate will be energetic, reliable and will love helping children. Classes offered includes PE for Tiny Tots (a parent and toddler gymnastics class), Preschool Gymnastics, gymnastics for school-age children, ranging from introductory through advanced, plus Parkour, High School and Adult Gymnastics programs! Paid training and coaches do not necessarily need to have a gymnastics background. We teach spotting techniques and the technical aspects of gymnastics. The most important thing is the character of the coach, along with reliability and the ability fit into our unique culture.


Coach in Training (ages 14 – 16) The goal of the Coach in Training program is for the “CIT” to learn all aspects of coaching, including business, interaction with parents and students, physical spotting, class and rotation ideas, etc. as well as provide practical employment skills. This program can lead to a paid position at Spokane Gymnastics when the student becomes eligible to work. Those in the Coach in Training program do receive payment in the form of a credit on their account for the of hours they work throughout the session. Birthday Party Host to provide a safe and fun gymnastics experience!  Duties include set-up and clean-up, basic gymnastics instruction and assisting parents to make their child’s birthday party a success!  Parties are offered Saturday afternoon and on Sunday.



Compensation is depending on experience, skills, and job performance with unlimited potential for increases and bonuses.  Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, reliable, dedicated, patient and possess an encouraging and outgoing personality, and most importantly, connect with children of all ages and abilities.
