Part-time and full-time positions are available!

At Spokane Gymnastics we hire for character and train for skill. We invest in the development of every person who joins our team and will provide the tools to not only excel at this position, but long-term, and outside of work. More important than experience or gymnastics knowledge is enthusiasm, willingness to learn, reliability, engagement, competency, attention to detail, integrity, adaptability, and the ability to work on multiple projects consecutively.

Spokane Gymnastics’ primary operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 am – 8:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am – 1:00 pm. We also offer Saturday afternoon camp (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm) and Parent’s Night Out camp (6:00 pm – 9:30 pm) as well as Birthday Parties on Saturdays and Sundays at Spokane Gymnastics Argonne Village. Most positions are afternoon, evening, and/or weekends, and hours typically range from 10 – 30 hours per week. Positions available range from one 4-hour shift, once a week, to full-time, along with profit sharing and benefits!

Compensation for all positions is dependent on experience, skills, and job performance with unlimited potential for increases and bonuses. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, reliable, dedicated, patient, and possess an encouraging and outgoing personality, and most importantly, connect with children of all ages and abilities.

Instructional Gymnastics Coach:

Teach gymnastics, ninja, or parkour to kids in a safe and supportive environment.
