Parkour is the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one’s path by adapting one’s movements to the environment. It is a physical discipline of French origin in which participants run along a route, attempting to negotiate obstacles in the most efficient way possible. Skills such as jumping and climbing, are the more specific parkour moves employed. The goal of a practitioner of parkour is to get from one place to another using only the human body and the objects in the environment. This progressive sport is fun and fast paced, perfect for those with high energy!
Trampoline and Tumbling (TNT) athletes train and perform on three apparatus; Trampoline, Double Mini-Trampoline, and Rod Floor. Athletes learn air awareness, progressive tumbling skills, strength, and coordination, as well as flipping and twisting safely. New in 2020, the pit with giant “air pillow”.

This is a great class for any gymnast in or nearing high school!
