We’re so glad you’re here! This page is your go-to guide for learning about the Spokane Gymnastics Team program and helping you decide if it’s the right fit for your athlete.

Here’s What to Do:

Start by watching the videos below in order. Each video is short, clear, and packed with important info.
They’ll walk you through what Team is, how it works, and what to expect.
Download the linked documents under each video. These include schedules, pricing, program comparisons, and more.

They’re designed to give you all the specifics without overloading the videos.
Write down any questions you have. We’re happy to answer them during your parent meeting or by email anytime at team@spokanegymnastics.com.

Attend your in-person orientation. While you’re meeting with a Team department leader, your athlete will be assessed by a coach to help determine their starting level.
