We already miss our gymnasts!
This page is for Spokane Gymnastics coaches to share resources with our students. If you have contributions, ideas or questions, please reach out. This is one place we can connect and collaborate while on break. We will be adding content constantly, so check back often!
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for access to the upgraded version including skill chart tracker!
Join our Facebook page for even more updates and resources: https://www.facebook.com/groups/232766341169026/
Also, for those interested, we will also send out a weekly update e-mail with additional gymnastics games, videos, challenges, and activities from the coaches.
Please email email@example.com if you would like to opt IN, and you will start to receive the resources. (You may choose to opt-out at any time). We hope to share ideas, training, videos, and items that provide value and lift the spirits of our gymnasts.
We can only imagine how difficult this time is for everyone, with so many adjustments, and uncertainty as to when life can return to normal. We strive to contribute what we can, even though it has to be with distance at this time. Spokane Gymnastics reminds you to make sure all workouts are done in safe areas with plenty of room to avoid injuries. All workouts and challenges are done at your own risk and all precautions for safety should be taken.

Home-based work out for intermediate to advanced gymnasts
This program was created by Betsy McNally, who is a Gymnastics Nutrition and Fitness Specialist. She travels to gyms across the nation offering her personal training and sports nutrition program to competitive gymnasts and their families. Please read the note at the top of the page that says “How to use this program”. While some of the circuits say to complete 2 times through, our younger gymnasts can just complete it once. There are also links that you can click on that will take you directly to a video demonstrating each exercise. Have fun!
