8 Weeks of SUMMER classes

In an effort to accommodate our students’ and families’ schedule, we give the option of signing up for eight, six, or four weeks of the Summer Session. Students still sign up for a specific day and time and indicate the preferred duration when enrolling. Since we take attendance, students are not required to attend consecutive classes. Simply show up for the amount of classes registered for and enjoy the flexibility of Summer Session at Spokane Gymnastics!

All instructional classes are at our main facility, Spokane Gymnastics Argonne Village, just east of the Yokes Fresh Market. 2515 N. Locust Road Spokane Valley Washington 99206

It is a physical discipline of French origin in which participants run along a route, attempting to negotiate obstacles in the most efficient way possible. Skills such as jumping and climbing, are the more specific parkour moves employed. The goal of a practitioner of parkour is to get from one place to another using only the human body and the objects in the environment.
