Ash Jones

Ash grew up in Lenmoore, CA and graduated from EWU where she studied Exercise Science Pre-AT. Growing up, she played softball for 10 years and even went on to coach JV and Varisty softball at Cheney High School. These days, Ash stays active by practicing gymnastics alongside her coworkers! Ash joined the Spokane Gymnastics team in 2024, starting as a Service Desk Representative before also stepping into a coaching role. She especially enjoys teaching Instructional Gymnastics Level 1 Jumpers, where she loves watching her students build confidence in themselves. Her favorite event to coach is Vault and she describes her coaching style as uplifting and positive. When she gives corrections, she will also point out something the gymnast is doing well! 

Outside of Spokane Gymnastics, Ash enjoys water coloring, playing softball, and hanging out with friends and her husband. A fun fact about Ash: she is a giant Harry Potter nerd!
