Emma McEntire
Emma is from Wichita, KS, and currently attends Eastern Washington University, where she is studying Psychology. She was first introduced to gymnastics while living in Hawaii, participating in classes for two years. Emma has experience working with kids in various roles. She has volunteered at cheer and softball camps, served as the head coach of a flag football team, and has years of babysitting experience. She started working at Spokane Gymnastics in 2025 and enjoys working with Preschool and all Instructional Gymnastics classes. Her favorite events to teach are Bars and Beam because she loves helping students conquer their fears. Emma describes her coaching style as structured yet fun—she sets clear rules and expectations while ensuring every class is an enjoyable and safe learning environment.
Outside of Spokane Gymnastics, Emma enjoys playing softball and spending time at the lake or river with her friends and family. A fun fact about her is that she grew up as a military kid and lived on a boat for 3 ½ years next to Pearl Harbor!
