Marissa Deonier

Marissa is from Spokane, WA and graduated from University High School. She is attending SCC, majoring in Psychology. Marissa attended Spokane Gymnastics for 7 years and achieved a Level 4. Her experience with kids includes volunteering at the Liberty Lake Community Theater and coaching at Spokane Gymnastics since 2022. Marissa enjoys working with all groups, and her favorite events to teach (and perform) are Floor and Bars. She describes her teaching style as firm and structured but kind and goofy when she needs to be.

In her free time, Marissa enjoys painting, reading, and watching the sunset. An interesting fact about her is that she had spinal surgery 7 years ago and her back is fused and has 18 screws in it!
