Nadine has lived in Spokane since 2006 and now considers it her forever home. She lives on five acres with horses, mules, seven nigerian dwarf goats, and two dogs, a dalmatian Oημείο (pronounced Sim-E-0, which is greek for “Spot”) and Kai, a rescue pup, both who go everywhere with Nadine!

She enjoys fitness events, cooking, travel, field trips, “behind the scene” tours, silly costumes, critters large and small, and positively impacting the lives of children.

Nadine has coached gymnastics for 28 years, although for the first decade, it remained her passion as a “fun, side gig” before she became a manager and then owner of Spokane Gymnastics in 2010.

Along with an incredible team of dedicated coaches, Nadine grew Spokane Gymnastics from a small program with 125 students and 8 part-time coaches in a 7,000 s.f. building to now having over 100 staff serving 2,300 students in two facilities totaling almost 50,000 s.f. located in Spokane Valley.

While the challenges of the past four years are beyond what Nadine could have imagined, she is proud of how her crew endured more than just COVID, and rebuilt their program multiple times. Even on the darkest days, the kids have always made it worth it, but true progress has recently been achieved, and it’s finally starting to become fun once again! Having passion and purpose, plus energy and endurance, provided clarity, and Spokane Gymnastics survived and is now thriving.

Nadine is most famous for her “Handstands around the World!”
