Sadie Dahlin

Sadie is from Chehalis, WA and currently attends Eastern Washington University where she is studying Communication Sciences and Disorders to become a Speech Language Pathologist. Growing up, Sadie competed in gymnastics for 5 years, up to Level 7. Her favorite events were Floor and Vault. Sadie has coached gymnastics since she was 16 years old and started coaching at Spokane Gymnastics in 2024. Sadie also has experience tutoring kids, working with kids at gymnastics/cheer and church camps, and teaching Sunday School. Sadie enjoys working with the team kids, especially the upper-level developmental program. Her favorite events to coach are Beam and Bars. Sadie describes her coaching style as structured, focusing on body line, form, and the correct way to do skills. Sadie also wants to build great relationships with the students and have conversations with each student about how they feel, what they want to improve on, and what they enjoy!

Outside of Spokane Gymnastics, Sadie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. A fun fact about Sadie is that she aspires to work in the NICU as an SLP someday!
