Sam French

Sam is originally from Whitefish, Mt, but he has lived in various states along the West coast, including Hawaii. He teaches every type of class at Spokane Gymnastics, but parkour classes are his favorite because he loves the freedom and creativity of the movement. Sam describes his coaching style as patient but strict.  He loves to have fun with his classes and create a positive environment.

When he is not working at the gym, Sam can be found outdoors snowboarding, long-boarding, swimming, and of course training parkour. Another passion of his is modeling and acting. He is currently writing one TV show and starring in another, as well as writing a book. Above all else, Sam is an odd young man who is best known for making weird noises while doing flips.
