Monthly Automatic Payment Details
2025 Fall Autopay Agreement
As a convenience for our families, Spokane Gymnastics offers the option of monthly payments through the “Auto-Pay” system; where three payments are processed to a Visa or Mastercard at the beginning of the month. There is a $20 fee for auto-pay, per family, per session. If enrolling in auto-pay you are still committing to, and responsible for, a full session of payments.
E-mail confirmation receipt will be provided to the address associated with the account.
To register for a class, there is a $50 deposit per child, per class that is required. There is also a $20 fee for auto-pay, per family, per session. The balance due, minus the deposit paid when registering for classes, is split into monthly payments, to be run on the authorized card.
For Fall Session (September 2 – December 6, 2025) the dates for auto-pay are: September 9, October 1, and November 3, 2025
The $20 auto-pay service fee is added to the first payment (September 9) after the deposit is received.
An alternate withdrawal date for auto-pay may be requested. If your date is approved by Spokane Gymnastics, then an additional $5 per family, per session will be added to the first payment (for a total of $25 autopay convenience fee).
Cards which are declined multiple times will receive a 10% late fee (of the total balance due) per month.
Automatic payments are a courtesy and convenience option that Spokane Gymnastics provides at its own discretion to be accommodating to our members.
We reserve the right to unenroll a family from autopay, or require full balance due, in the rare occasions where funds are not received promptly.
For Fall Session of classes, this completed and signed form is due before September 8, 2025. Spokane Gymnastics management may opt to not allow automatic payments for accounts with history of payment issues, or in cases where the signed fall automatic payment agreement form is not received by that date.
Autopay in fall session is only an option for those enrolled in the full traditional session of classes.
For security purposes and to keep information up to date, we shred auto-payment authorization forms after the final payment from the session is successfully processed. Therefore, we will require a new form each session.
