Volunteer Opportunities at the Meet

If your child is interested in volunteering as a judge’s assistant/score flasher/card runner, etc., we have spots available for each session. It would likely make the most sense for her to jump in the session directly before or after the one which she is competing.

We are also looking for one adult volunteer to assist with scoring.

Please note, these times are slightly different from the times the athletes competing will be in their sessions; this is intentional.

Volunteer Roles:

Judge Assistant / Runner

Supports the judging panel throughout the session by collecting score sheets delivering paperwork to the scoring table, and handing the score sheets to next event.

Score Flasher

Displays the gymnast’s score once it has been finalized. Ensures that scores are shown clearly to coaches, athletes, and spectators.
