Safe, Fun, productive gymnastics

At Spokane Gymnastics, our Instructional Gymnastics program is a non-competitive class series designed to provide gymnasts with progressive skill development in a safe and fun environment.

Gymnasts learn skills across multiple apparatuses including floor, vault, bars, beam, trampoline, and pit.

What is Our Instructional curriculum?

Our program uses a custom curriculum carefully designed to ensure a smooth transition for gymnasts who may wish to join a competitive team in the future. We have tailored our program to meet the unique needs of each age group at every level.

What Your Child Will Learn:

  • Progressive skill development tailored for specific age groups and abilities.
  • Building a foundation of coordination, strength, and flexibility.
  • Skills that include (but are not limited to): forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, back bends, pullovers, back hip circles, back handsprings, and front handsprings.
