Perfect for Date Night!

Parents night out camp

Please note that availability for all programs is limited to ensure the best possible experience for everyone. Please register at least 48 hours in advance!

What is Parents night out camp?

Parent Night Out Gymnastics Camp is some Saturdays from 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm and is perfect for children potty-trained through 14 years old. It features a progression of gymnastics skills taught by our knowledgeable, engaged, and encouraging coaches with fast-paced rotations focusing on the development of strength, balance, agility, coordination, and flexibility. Students participate in structured gymnastics lessons on all events, along with games, challenges, and themed activities.

Previous experience is not required since children are grouped according to age and skill level. Parents can enjoy an evening alone while the kiddos can have a great time! Please have your child eat dinner in advance and also pack a snack that doesn’t include nut products; children burn a ton of calories with our active camps! Also, bring a water bottle. Please register at least 48 hours in advance, so we have enough coaches to safely accommodate everyone.

We schedule our coaches in advance, based on enrollment. If your plans change or your child is sick, please communicate, in advance, as soon as possible. Otherwise, we cannot provide special accommodation (by way of a make-up or a credit on your Spokane Gymnastics account).

This allows us to provide an exceptional experience for all students with individual attention, ensures we have adequate time to properly communicate in advance and provides ample notice to our great team of instructors. Thank you for your understanding!

OUR EFFORTS TO CREATE A NUT-FREE ZONE

We have many students in our program who have SEVERE and LIFE-THREATENING peanut allergies. Please do not bring any products containing nuts into our facility.

Thank you for your consideration; we appreciate your cooperation so we can do everything possible to provide a safe environment for everyone who enters our facility.

If you or your child has any medical conditions that we need to be aware of to be extra vigilant in protecting them, please contact the service desk or discuss directly with your coach.

Please be aware that while we make every effort to provide a nut-free zone, we cannot guarantee our success since we have many children, parents and visitors enter our facility who may not be aware of our policy.
