
Holland Hendrickson
Holland is from Redmond, WA and graduated from Redmond High School. She attended for one year at WSU for Criminal Justice. Growing up she did 8 years of gymnastics starting out recreationally but then did Xcel at Alpha Gymnastics Academy for 4 years. She made it to the Platinum division, and her favorite events were Floor and Bars. Before moving to Spokane, Holland was a nanny for 4 years and had other babysitting jobs. She started working at Spokane Gymnastics in 2024 and enjoys working with the Higher-level and Team gymnasts. Her favorite events to teach are Floor and Bars. Holland’s coaching style blends high-energy fun with focused structure. She believes athletes thrive when they enjoy the process while also being held to a standard of discipline and growth. Holland creates an environment where hard work feels rewarding, progress is celebrated, and every practice contributes to building both skill and confidence.
Outside of coaching, Holland loves weightlifting and staying active. She is also a certified personal trainer, passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals. When she’s not in the gym, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on long walks, or hiking in nature. A fun fact about Holland is that she loves shoes!
