Alexis participated in gymnastics for 8 years growing up, many of those years being at Spokane Gymnastics. She reached the Xcel Diamond team, and her favorite event is Beam. Alexis began coaching at Spokane Gymnastics in 2026. Her experience with children includes babysitting; she also has many siblings and cousins. Alexis’s favorite classes to work with are the younger kids who are getting ready to start school. She enjoys teaching all gymnastics events. Alexis describes her coaching style as a demonstrator and delegator. 

Outside of Spokane Gymnastics, Alexis loves sports. She plays volleyball and runs track, but enjoys watching all sports. A fun fact about Alexis is that she can touch her tongue to her nose.
