Atalya is from Spokane Valley, WA, and is currently homeschooled. She has participated in Level 3 and Gymnastics League at Spokane Gymnastics, where she has developed her skills and love for the sport. In addition to her gymnastics experience, Atalya has worked with children through babysitting and serving in children’s ministry at her church. She especially enjoys working with Level 2 athletes and loves encouraging kids to push themselves both mentally and physically while still having fun in the process.  

Outside of the gym, Atalya sings in multiple choirs and enjoys almost anything related to arts and crafts. A fun fact about her is that she has traveled to 16 states and 9 national parks and has even ridden the longest zipline in the Pacific Northwest.
