Katarina has lived in eastern Washington since 2012. She graduated with her Master of Business Administration from Gonzaga University. Growing up, Katarina participated in dance for over 12 years and did some gymnastics and cheer. She started working at Spokane Gymnastics in 2023 as the Human Resources Department Leader. Although not a coach herself, Katarina believes in the important impact gymnastics has on students’ physical, emotional, and mental health. She describes her leadership style as leading by example, never asking others to do something she wouldn’t willingly do herself. 

Outside of Spokane Gymnastics, Katarina enjoys cooking, reading, hanging out with friends and family, and learning new things. She loves to explore Spokane and try new restaurants. A fun fact about Katarina is that she lived on a pig farm growing up and showed pigs at the local fair every year.
